Handmade on-site from nixtamalized masa. Pressed and cooked on the comal right in front of your guests. This is the real deal — warm, soft, with that toasted corn aroma you can’t get from a package.
Soft, buttery flour tortillas stretched by hand. Perfect for burritos, quesadillas, or anyone who likes a bigger, pillowy wrap.
For big events or if you want extra on hand. We sell fresh tortillas by the kilo — the same ones from the market. Corn or flour, packaged and ready to heat and serve.

Marinated in achiote, pineapple, and dried chiles. Slow-roasted on a vertical spit (trompo) and sliced to order.

Pork shoulder braised low and slow in its own fat with citrus, garlic, and warm spices until fork-tender, then crisped on the plancha.
Best for: Tacos, tortas, tamales, nachos
Skirt steak marinated in lime, garlic, and cumin. Grilled over high heat and sliced against the grain.
Best for: Tacos, fajita stations, burrito bowls
House-made pork chorizo seasoned with guajillo chiles, vinegar, and oregano. Cooked on the griddle with crispy potatoes.
Best for: Breakfast tacos, sopes, quesadillas
Finalize menu, headcount, and location. Pay 90% of the total fee to confirm your date.
We arrive, set up everything, and the food is ready to go. Remaining 10% is due on delivery.
Your guests eat. If you need someone to man the food station and serve, that's $50/hour extra (2-hour minimum commitment).
We come back and clean up everything — utensils, trays, tables. Cleanup takes about 30 minutes. Included in the price.
You don’t have to stick to a fixed package. Customize your catering order however you want.
